2 tablespoons potato flour
4 tablespoons regular flour
5 tablespoons sugar
3 eggs + 1 extra egg white
A dash of vanilla powder
1 teaspoon yeast
A dash of salt
A clean kitchen towel
Butter to grease up the backing pan
Orange jam (or your favorite jam)
2 dl whipped cream
Beat the 4 egg whites together with the salt till they get very firm. Ad egg yolks and after ad sugar little by little. Mix the potato flour, regular flour and yeast together and ad it to the rest. Put paper in the backing pan (37x26cm) and spread the butter on the paper so the cake won’t stick. Bake the cake at 180 degrees for 35 minutes. Watch out the cake shouldn’t get to hard.
Wet a kitchen towel and wring it well after. Put the towel on the kitchen table and flip the cake on it. Carefully remove the backing paper from the cake. Ad the orange jam with a knife and after spread out the whipped cream.
Lift the towel in one end and roll the cake. Make sure you keep it tight.
When the cake is all rolled up you can decorate it with chocolate, frosting or just good old sugar.
