Serves 4
1 carrot
2 chorizo sausages, rich with flavor
1 big onion
1 bundle fresh spinach
200 g green lentils
garlic
olive oil
ca 1 l water

Bread for serving

Chop the onion, carrot and garlic in small pieces. Cut the chorizo sausages in bigger pieces. Ad a bit of olive oil in a pot, and frie the vegetables with the chorizo sausages. When everything is well done in the pot, ad the lentils and stire. Cover the ingredients with the water and boil for 35 min. When the lentils are ready to eat, you ad the spinach. Tear the spinach in smaller pieces, and mix it with the rest. Cook everything about 5 min – and the dish is ready to be served.
