A bag of Piemientos de Padrón
Lots of olive oil
Coarse salt

Heat up the olive oil in a deep frying pan. Put in the peppers. Fry until they get soft and have a darker color. Put the peppers on a big plate, and some of the oil ( you’ll love that oil when you dip your bread ) Linger with coarse salt.
