Turn the oven on 170 degrees.
Crush digestives into tiny pieces and mix it with the butter. And mix it real good. Now, fill it in a baking pan (35cm), and leave it in the fridge for half an hour.
In the meantime mix mascarpone cheese, cream, sugar, eggs, yoghurt, flavor, and lemon zest together in a ball. Beat it well with a hand mixer and make sure it gets light and creamy.
Take out the baking pan from the fridge and pour the cream over. Bake the cake in the oven for 40 min.
Let the cheesecake cool down before you serve it.
